We, Susanne and Matthias, are very happy to share our villa "Bella Rosa" with our guests and are delighted when you as our guests are happy and satisfied. We are happy to try to implement the wishes of our guests.
The villa "Bella Rosa" with its rustic flair has been renovated by us from the ground up and constantly renewed and embellished. We have also attached great importance to the outdoor area, so that our guests also feel comfortable there.
Our villa "Bella Rosa" is situated in a secluded location without direct neighbors on the Westerwalder Straße in the beautiful Auetal and is surrounded by fields and meadows. Nevertheless, it is very centrally located for beautiful excursions to the Deister, the Hermannsdenkmal, the Bückeberg, where dinosaur tracks can be found, and to various beautiful towns such as Hameln, Rinteln, Minden, Bückeburg, Obernkirchen, etc., etc., where there is always something going on!

Occupancy of the guest rooms and apartments with max. 2 persons. A bed for small children can of course be booked in addition.
The rooms have a size of about 20m². Here you would have to share the kitchen and bathroom with other roommates.

– Gästezimmer 1 (Rosenzimmer) im Erdgeschoss:
Mietpreis: 60,- €/Nacht für 2 Personen.
– Gästezimmer 2 (Geranienzimmer) und 3 (Lavendelzimmer) im ersten OG:
Mietpreis: 55,- €/Nacht/Zimmer für je 2 Personen.
– Loftwohnung 1 (Blumenwohnung) im ersten OG: Mietpreis: 100,- €/Nacht
für 2 Personen.
– Wohnung 2 (Himmelreich) im 2. OG: Mietpreis: 80,- €/Nacht für 2 Personen.
Einmalig anfallende Kosten:
– Wäschepaket: Bettwäsche und Handtücher: 45,- €/einmalig 2Personen.
– Hunde sind im Haus willkommen: 20,- €/einmalig für einen Vierbeiner.
– Nebenkosten für Wasser, Heizung, Stromkosten sind im Verbrauch
enthalten!
– Kaution: 250,-€/ einmalig je Buchung. Für die Gästezimmer sind es 150,-€/
einmalig je Buchung.
Die Kaution wird, bei einwandfreier Übergabe, am Ende zurück erstattet !
