Das Touristikzentrum Westliches Weserbergland ist über einen Aufzug am seitlichen Eingang für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen erreichbar. Direkt nebenan befindet sich auch eine öffentliche Behinderten-Toilette, die mit einem Euro-Schlüssel zu schließen ist.
