RI8 - Findlingsgarten-Route

During gravel and sand extraction, so-called "erratic blocks" are repeatedly brought to light. These are rocks pushed into this area by ice age glaciers. A representative selection of these stones from the Saale Ice Age has been set up in the "Möllenbeck erratic boulder garden". Several information boards explain the unique geology of the Möllenbeck-Krankenhagen "Kames Hills". You can also let your gaze wander into the distance from here and briefly enjoy the peace and quiet.
