The 3D show presents the beauty of the Süntel from the most unusual perspectives in around 15 minutes. On a journey, you will learn more about the formation of cave systems, the use of the rock, the changes in nature as the seasons change and the special features of the local flora and fauna. Here you can get to know nature through the "eyes of the eagle owl".

Germany'snorthernmost stalactite cave: a worthwhile destination for visitors of all ages. The Schillat Cave in Hessisch Oldendorf, Langenfeld district, invites  you on a geological journey of discovery into the past. Here you can experience geological history live and immerse yourself in the time of thunderbolts, dinosaurs and ginkgo trees.

The journey begins leisurely in a glass elevator. Passing millions of years of the earth's history, visitors descend 45 meters into the depths. Rock paintings mark the way before the 180-metre-long cave body opens up with its fairytale forest turned to stone. Sparkling crystals and glowing stones lend the cave a mystical atmosphere and tell the story of the earth's eventful history.
